Shipping and Handling Terms and Policies


Orders take at least 2-3 Business days to be PROCESSED.
Orders with FREE Standard Shipping take approximately 5-7 Business days to ship to their destination.
Orders with RUSH Shipping take approximately 3-5 Business days to ship to their destination. If you have paid for 'Rush Shipping', it means that our warehouse will process your order as their first priority and your order will ship out within 1-2 business days.
Orders with EXPEDITED shipping take approximately 1-2 business days to ship to their destination. Expedited orders placed before 12:00 p.m. CT will be shipped the same day.
Weekends and holidays are EXCLUDED from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method.
Pleas note: PRE-ORDER items will have a estimated shipping date within the product description.
You will receive an email or SMS Text message (depending on what you entered when placing your order) with tracking information when your order has been shipped. (Every once in awhile, we have major sales. When this happens, we work as hard as we can to get all orders out quickly, however, we could still end up a couple of days behind. Please allow an additional 1-2 business day for processing. We will do our very best to get your orders to you quickly!)
You may select from Free Standard Shipping (5-7 business days), Rush Shipping (3-5 business days), or Expedited Shipping (1-2 business days). Business days DO NOT include weekends or holidays. We use USPS for all domestic and APO/FPO addresses. Ruthie Grace will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional information provided about your shipping address.
 Ruthie Grace is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are delivered.
We currently ship international orders. Make sure you choose INTERNATIONAL shipping when choosing your shipping method at checkout. Note: Orders that ship international are entered through customs while in transit to their destination.
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 10-17 business days.


 Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy:

We accept non-sale returns for refund or online credit within 14 calendar days from the date you placed your order. Refunds will be issued as credit to the original form of payment.   

We accept returns for an online credit for non-sale items up to 30 calendar days from the date you placed your order. Online credit will be issued via email or SMS Text depending on what you provided at checkout.

 Items marked with Final Sale CANNOT be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Regular Price Items purchased with a coupon code of 20% off or more are returnable for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY. 

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the items have any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage. 

Shoes must be returned in their ORIGINAL box and placed inside an additional, protective shipping box. Damage to the shoebox makes the shoes ineligible for returns. In this case, the shoes will be shipped back to you and you are subject to the return shipping costs.

Gift Cards and Final Sale/Clearance category items are final sale and may NOT be returned or exchanged. 



Please refer to the Return Policy above and online to ensure that your return meets the criteria stated.

· Copy or include original invoice receipt inside all boxes you are returning.

· Securely repackage your items in the package you received them in or package of your choosing.

· Use the hyperlink below to print out a pre-paid USPS return label.


Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The cost of the return shipping of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund or store credit. Return shipping costs are currently not reimbursed by Ruthie Grace.

 If your package arrives at Ruthie Grace Returns Department within the 14-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within two weeks from the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email/SMS text to the address given by you when this transaction took place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Ruthie Grace.

 If your package arrives at Ruthie Grace Returns Department within the 30-day timeline specified above (after the 14 day refund timeline, or unless otherwise advised), your online credit will be processed within a week of the date we receive the item(s). You will be notified via email/SMS text to the address given by you when this transaction took place.
