We offer a unique return policy! Upon receiving your return, you can select for a stylist to contact you and help find another product in exchange!
We offer store credit and size exchanges for purchases. We offer refunds as long as the purchase meets the specific requirements. * Please read the guidelines below to determine which return process you qualify for.
Please note, in order for a return to be processed, the clothing item must be unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
- Shoes must be returned in their original box inside another box or package without any damage to the shoe box. Do not ship back with label on the outside of the shoe box.
- Swimsuits must have lining still attached
*The following items DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind:
• items ending in .00 ( prior to any additional discounts)
• sale items
• intimates (i.e. bralettes)
• hair accessories
• any item noted with FINAL SALE
• Flash Sale items

Eligible on returns sent back 30 days of original purchase. This is the default option for all items with a 20% or more discount. Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card sent via email.
NEW Exchange Policy!
Once your item has been shipped to us and received, we will ship you your exchange for free!
Please fill out the return form HERE and notify the exchange you would like. Your size exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days after delivery.
Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is not available, you will be sent a store credit via email for the amount of the purchase.
Eligible on returns sent back within 7 days after delivery. Not eligible on any items with a discount of 20% or more. Refund will be delivered to the original form of payment and you will be notified via email.
Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or size exchange. Any items sent back will be marked return to sender.
Sale items include: Sale collection, Flash Sale, Style Grab and any other item ending in .00 prior to additional discounts.
Sending Back Returns:
You must send them back at your own expense and must include the original invoice and a copy of our return form. Please fill out this return form HERE and include it in your package.

Return Drop Box:
NEW for Local Customers!
Since our store front is closed, we now have a drop box for dropping off returns! Instead of shipping back your return, you can come by our store front and drop off at whatever time is convenient for you. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. Our return policy still applies and the return must have the invoice and our return form included.
Please Note: We cannot process returns without purchase/order information. If you do not have the invoice, please put the product in a bag with a note with your order number and name
