Power Hour Policies & Terms plus TIPS!

December 12th Power Hour Details and Policies


Ruthie Grace will host a power hour on December 12th from 8pm cst- 9 pm cst. Below are the details and policies that WILL APPLY for all purchases made during the sale. 


  1. The discount WILL ONLY be valid between the hours of 8 PM CST - 9 PM CST on December 12, 2018. 
  2. The discount DOES NOT apply to purchase made PRIOR to 8 pm cst or AFTER 9 pm CST. 
  3. The discount does NOT apply to the Steph Willis collection launching on Tuesday December 11th. 
  4. We DO NOT price match and price adjustments cannot be made or refunded previous orders prior to 8 pm CST on December 12, 2018. 
  5. Power Hour orders are NOT allowed for in store pick up, they must be shipped. 
  6. This discount is only eligible online and not applicable in store. 
  7. All orders place during power hour DO NOT qualify for refunds in the original form of payment. Should something need to be returned, it can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit ONLY.
  8. Only ONE discount can be applied at checkout. You cannot combine other discount codes during the sale. 
  9. We CANNOT combine orders, they will be filled in the order they were received. 
  10. PLEASE allow an ADDITIONAL 5-7 business days for processing. 
  11. If you need this order for CHRISTMAS DELIVERY, please select EXPEDITED (delivered via USPS or UPS)  or RUSH (UPS Ground) shipping! We CANNOT guarantee Christmas delivery for Standard or Free shipping (USPS delivery) orders due to the HUGE influx in orders. 
  12. Sizes will sell out quickly. By adding items to your cart, it does NOT reserve them. Please keep this in mind. 
  13. Once the order is placed, we CANNOT cancel it.
  14. If you need IMMEDIATE assistance during our power hour, please use our LIVE CHAT option on our WEBSITE! We cannot guarantee that we can answer all questions via DM, Facebook Messenger, or email in one hour. 


Other things to consider:

  1. You CAN load your shopping cart early to prep for the code to go live!
  2. Please DO NOT use the app. We recommend using our direct website! We have been having glitches and I don’t want it to effect your checkout in such a short amount of time. 
  3. If you have a TANGIBLE gift card (like an actual card) that is for in store use ONLY! If you need it switched, please contact us via customer service prior to the sale to switch it for online use. 
  4. We will NOT be adding restock items 24 hours before or 24 hours after. (Tuesday 8 pm cst-thursday 8 pm cst)
  5. We will be launching NEW Arrivals on Thursday at 8 pm cst, so if things sell out, don’t worry! More new is on the way!
