We are excited to announce the opening of our NEW retail store in December 2020! As we make preparations for our opening, we are beginning with hiring for the managers positions ONLY at this time. The storefront will be located in MONTGOMERY, TX. Part-time positions will be available for applications at a later time.
Open Call Interview Details:
-Open interviews for both positions will be held on Wednesday SEPTEMBER 30TH and Saturday OCTOBER 3RD from 9am-2pm.
-Please specify on your application what day you prefer out of the two options and the best time for you between 9am and 2pm on that day.
-You will receive a reply email with your scheduled interview time.
-Please bring a cover letter, 2 letters of recommendation, and a resume to the interview. Interviews will be held at our main warehouse (15556 Summit Park Drive Suite 603 Montgomery, TX 77356).
-This will be the first round of interviews and will last approximately 15-20 minutes.
-Full time employment, 40+ hours a week. Must be available to work holidays.
-Anticipated working hours are Monday through Saturday 8:30 am til 7:30 pm with varying shifts.
-One *After Hours* floor stocking day a week.
-Three out of four Saturdays required per month for the first 6 months of employment.
-Paid days off
-Floating holiday pay determined by management
-Input on future associate hiring
-Monthly clothing allowance
-40% off retail clothing after monthly allowance
-Storefront Manager Salary $42,500/yearly depending on candidate and experience.
-Storefront Assistant Manager Salary $34,500/yearly depending on candidate and experience.
-Job will begin at the end of October 2020 (exact date TBD).
-Extraordinary Customer Service (in person, on the phone, and conflict resolution when needed)
-Employee Management and Scheduling
-Meeting Marketing and Sales Goals
-Store Maintenance/Upkeep (including display, dressing rooms, main counter, beverage center, etc.)
-Liaising with receiving department (in store pick ups, clothing deliveries, rack pick ups)

Past retail/retail management is definitely a plus. A college degree or some college is also preferred but not required.
