We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Ruthie Grace! But we do know things happen and items need to be sent back sometimes. Because of this, we will do everything we can to try to make things better if you are not completely satisfied with your order and help you find something you love!
We ask that you please look over your order as soon as you get it to make sure everything is to your satisfaction. If you received a damaged item, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Please see our requirements and procedures below:
• Refunds- Returns on non-final sale items are eligible for a refund to the original
form of payment when postmarked back to us within seven days of being delivered. Orders with a discount of 20% or more applied at checkout do not qualify for refunds and will receive a store credit.
• Store Credits- Returns on non-final sale items that are over their seven day requirement for a refund or have a discount of 20% or more will be given in the form of store credit that will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Returns must be postmarked back to us within 30 days of being delivered to be eligible for a store credit.
• Size Exchanges- Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange for free! We ask that you please print off
and fill out our return form and notify the size exchange you would like and include it in the package when you send it back to us. **Please note: Your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.
• Sale Items- All items ending in .00 are sale items and are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for refunds, store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale
items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to
additional shipping costs.
• 50% Off Discounts- Orders or items that have a 50% off discount applied to them are FINAL SALE and DO NOT qualify for a return of any kind.
The Following Items DO NOT Qualify For a Return of Any Kind:
• Items ending in .00 (prior to additional discounts). And any item noted with FINAL SALE.
• Orders and items with a 50% off discount
• Flash sale items
• Style grab items
• Sale items
• Intimates (i.e. bralettes)
• Hair accessories
Sending Back Returns
• Please fill out the return form included in your order and include it, along with your original invoice, it in the package when you send it back to us! If you have misplaced your return form, please click HERE to access it.
• The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still
intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smoke, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted and the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
• Shoes must be returned in their original box inside of another box or package without any damage to the shoe box. Do not ship back with label on the outside of the shoe box.
• Swimsuits must have the lining still attached.
• We HIGHLY recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. We are not responsible for lost return packages. This will also allow you to know when your return has made it to us. We do not notify when returns are received in our warehouse.
Return Drop Box
For our local customers who do not wish to ship their returns back to us, we now have a drop box to place returns in to make things a little more convenient! Please allow 3-7 business days for processing. Our return policy still applies and the return must have the invoice and our return form included.

Processing Time For Returns
• Please allow for 3-7 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.
• Refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to post to your bank account.
• Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know it has been done. Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package in our warehouse. Only when they have been processed. This is why we recommend to hang onto your tracking number so you know it has arrived!
**We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items have any sign of wear, alteration, misuse, or damage.
